Bakersfield is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bakersfield follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

What can I say other than Bakersfield all-time best breakfast joint! They have all of the traditional fares for breakfast like an amazing country fried steak. Or if you're in the mood for something more ethnic super wonderful Mexican combinations for breakfast such as chilaquiles, or try the chile verde omelette absolutely to die for so well flavored and tender. They Pride themselves on their Bakery items, homemade preserves, and homemade Salsas that are so flavorful! The staff is just so much fun quirky and helpful. Truly a wonderful atmosphere, the inside is super cute a blast from the past. Big beautiful wrap around leather booths. Or if you're looking for a quick bite they have a countertop service. Or their patio is just so much fun it's open Airy and you can see bundles of hanging Chili Peppers! You can truly tell that they put their heart into the passion of creating not just serving!

We were very lucky to find this restaurant on the way to Yosemite National Park. The friendliness of the staff and the excellent service made the experience even better. Thanks to you, the pumpkin pancake has become one of our favorite breakfasts from now on!

Absolutely best breakfast food we have tried. Place was busy whn we got there and when we left. Even though they were soooo busy service was sooo gd and fast. Our host was a young kid so graceful and our waiter was a tall slender man with sliver hair didn't get his name but he was very attentive. Definitely will tell all our friends and colleagues. π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°

We were greeted by the server and had the option of sitting in the dining room, which reminded me of the old style diner or outside on the patio, which smelled so good because they had fresh flowers. After we sat down, the server immediately rushed over with some cold water and access if we knew what we wanted however we did take a look at the menu and weβre there for breakfast. I ordered the chicken fried chicken, eggs and hashbrowns with onions and my husband ordered the chicken fried steak both of which were very tasty.

24th Street CafΓ© is a solid spot, especially when it comes to service. The staff here really stands outβeveryone is friendly, attentive, and quick to make sure youβre taken care of. Orders come out fast, drinks stay filled, and you never feel like youβre waiting around, even when it gets busy. That kind of service definitely makes the experience enjoyable. The food itself is good and hits the spot, especially for a classic diner-style breakfast. Portions are generous and everything comes out hot, but flavor-wise it doesnβt quite reach that βwowβ level. Itβs satisfying and reliable, just not necessarily something that stands out compared to other breakfast spots. Overall, itβs a great place if you value excellent service and a smooth, easy dining experience. With just a little more punch in flavor, it could easily be a 5-star spot.
